Meet Our Team
He has had experience in both the public and private sectors of service delivery. He has special interests in auditory processing, auditory neuroscience and emerging technologies in the field of audiology and hearing aids. His long experience in the field of audiology makes him an authority in the field of audiology.
He is married with two adult children. Tom continues to have a very active life outside the clinic and competes in the sport of Crossfit on a national level. He has been a long time supporter of sporting programs and educational opportunities for youth in our community.
Glenn interned at Musgrove Park Hospital audiology department, and began his career as a clinical audiologist at the Royal United Hospital in Bath, England before emigrating to Canada in 2011. Glenn has worked with both pediatrics, adults and with special needs patients. He has special interests in pyschoacoustics, tinnitus and hyperacusis. He has given a number of lectures at the Deaf and Hard of Hearing Society in Calgary.
Outside of work Glenn enjoys fitness (particularly obstacle racing), surfing, hiking, carpentry, camping and spending time with his wife and two young children.
Technician Program (2002) and the Network Technician Program (2003) from the Lethbridge Community College. She graduated with honors from the Hearing Aid Practitioner Program at MacEwan University (2005). Her expertise in technology keeps our clinic at the leading edge of new developments. Donna, checks and verifies hearing aid function prior to fittings, in addition to her patient care role. She is married with two adult children.
Outside of work Donna enjoys riding horses, weight training, curling and spending time with her family.
Sara has great empathy for those with hearing challenges as she has a significant hearing loss herself.
In 1977 Brenda began work as an accountant for the BC government. This is where her interest in accounting began. She started taking accounting courses at Vancouver Community College before moving to Lethbridge in 1986, and since has enrolled in additional courses Accounting, Word, Excel, and QuickBooks at Lethbridge College since.
She has worked alongside Thomas Copps for many years, and has become a key part of the smooth operation of our clinic.
Brenda loves to travel and enjoys a variety of sports, table tennis, racquetball, squash, tennis, soccer, and walking
She comes from a background of healthcare and is dedicated to providing you with a worry free visit to Audiology First.
Outside of work, Donna enjoys running, yoga and all aspects of fitness. She is an experienced marathon runner and triathlete.
